Needed to kept my luggage near airport, so I chose to rental a small unit at this location. Excellent staff, easy to access, recommend this business. BTW, you do need to purchase a cylinder lock.

I have no issues renting and storing my luggages and other stuff. I also stored my vehicle and no concerns at all. I am very pleased with the service provided by Sentinel and this location. It feels safe here and the gate is coded. I was also able to connect with the manager to extend my rental storage while I was away and out of the country. Excellent service. Until next time.

Would I recommend this facility? Absolutely.
Here's why:

I was initially looking at a small storage but wasn't sure if it would fit all my stuff, Meghna offered me a tour of the storage options (stretching her regular working hours post 5PM) which helped me understand if it would work for me / no. I drove from really far (Cochrane) so this was really appreciated, thanks Meghna!

I was also offered a price match and an upgrade based on another S.S facility offer, which made things super convenient for me as I needed something quite close to the airport.

I did have some changes in my booking which was all managed on the phone / email without any hassles.

Overall a big thanks to Meghna and Abbas for making my first time storage experience a smooth one

I was treated with respect. Although I came after office hours, Abbas gave me all the instructions were sent to my email to access my unit. Great work guys. Keep it up.

Good Storage Facility; Strong Customer Service

I recently rented a unit here to store some furniture between move-out and move-in dates.

When I called the central Sentinel booking service on August 11th I informed them of the dates I would need, and I was told over the phone that I would not be charged past the move out date of October 2nd. Given that I was planning a six and a half week rental, and the first four weeks would be free, this sounded great.

While there were some subsequent miscommunications around how many weeks I would be required to pay for, company management reached out to me promptly and rectified the situation promptly. I have been quite pleased with their efforts to make it right, and that service, combined with the great facility would lead me to recommend Sentinel to others.

Great experience at Sentinel Storage. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and I felt my belongings were secure. Meghna made sure that I have a great experience with them. She was wonderful and made the rental process easy and smooth for me.

Decided this was best option for keeping our new car safe while on an extended overseas trip instead of keeping it out in the open at a friend's place since we live in B.C. Our departure was from the Calgary airport, and we stayed in a nearby hotel due to late arrival back, and were able to walk to the storage facility to pick up our car again. The great service and rate offered can't be beat! Easy and efficient access although not being open on Sundays is a bit inconvenient, but we would use them again. Much cheaper and safer than parking at the airport itself! Great facility.

Happy with my customer service from this location for my storage needs. Management is great, storage options and locations/layout is great. Super happy im able to move storages easily and payments are smooth. Never had problems with S.S. in general. Hope to have a reason to keep using storage!

I booked 20x10 size unit at this location. The staff was very polite and humble and this was m first time booking a storage unit so they helped me with all the documentation and explained the process.

I got a small 4 x 4 x 4 unit.
It was easy to check in. I was able to do all documentation work by online. I dropped off my camping equipment on same day evening.
I liked their quick processing and price was cheaper than other location as well.
Site was well maintained and cleaned.
Highly suggested.

Update: Finally done with having to use Sentinel Storage. I highly recommend as they remained awesome from start to finish. It was easy to talk to the staff and they are very helpful. The rates are affordable and flexible. Thank you Sentinel Storage at the Pegasus Location.

From booking over the phone to finalizing things at their physical office, the experience was really 5 star. There wasn’t a long wait when I called. I was transferred to the booking agent who patiently helped me choose the right option. Also, he was very knowledgeable. On the same day, we got the storage that we need. We went to the office to get our code and Antonia was really kind and helpful, she was also friendly and explained everything to us. The place was quiet and clean. Antonia was very organize and guided us to what comes next. The location is very convenient and clean. The rates were better than other places we checked: I highly recommend Sentinel Storage . 😊
