It seemed alright. Access to move things in and out is very poor unless you're the only ones there. Place seemed clean and well taken care of. I was there with a moving truck and we took up the one and only bay to back into. Not bad, there are definitely worse option in this city.

I used NW storage for almost a year; it is very clean, well-organized and well-run. The location is convenient and the set-up of the facility makes truck move-in/out very easy. Registration and exit are both straightforward & simple. Best of all, costs are affordable and, at the time, better than all of the other locations in Calgary that I looked at (for my needs). Lastly, NW staff are incredible: they are friendly, professional and accommodating.
I genuinely recommend NW storage to anyone and everyone who needs storage space in Calgary.

So far so good. Affordable. The only problems I have is they don't offer 24/7 access and also the fact that there is only one bay to offload.

Kept my stuff here for for a couple of years. Nice place. It's clean, has heating, different sizes for storage. Pretty secure too. Had no issues or hassles getting stuff in and out. They have enough dollies and a couple of pretty big bay doors. Vehicle traffic in and out of there was pretty great. Had no issues with parking my vehicle to load or unload stuff.

I like the main lady who runs the desk. She's very warm and friendly. Great website. Pretty direct and to the point. Best of all, they actually list the prices. Lots of places don't do that and now you have a chore to figure out by phoning.

Overall, great experience.
