Been there a year now. Mandy P was a great help; she showed us around to all the different sizes till we found the one that works great for us. All the people are friendly especially Shannon's puppy. Mandy still greets us with a friendly smile. Great prices and even better people. You can't go wrong with Space Place.

Ilene and the team at Space Place make you feel like family. They are attentive to all your needs. We have been out of the country for the past 5 years and we never worried about our contents in their care. If you need a drive up storage unit in the north end of the city this is your spot!

Ended up choosing this spot because of the hours. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I like that you can check in and out over phone when going into storage space. Fastest uhaul rental location I've been to. Always a fast, easy experience.

Stored over half of my homes contents here for two years while my wife and I built a new house. The customer service was unbelievable and they were always very attentive to any concerns or questions.

Space Place has looked after my unit properly over the course of 6 years. They have been great to work with and accommodating to my needs, I am more than happy with my experience thanks to their team and especially thanks to Eileen.

I'm so glad I found this storage place to park my minibus I use for my limo business.
It's outdoor, secured parking with cameras everywhere, and the gates are closed and locked after hours.
The staff are friendly and thorough.
They keep track of my registration and insurance expiry date and request an updated one shortly before they expire. Which is great!
When I go pick up the bus, I call the office ahead of time to let them know when I'll be there and how long with what we are doing with the bus.
The only thing is the limited hours they are open. I have had to learn to pick up the bus and park it outside the storage lot so my drivers have access to it for a trip the next morning or evening.
Some storage lots are open 24/7 since they have automated gates with an app on your phone with a PIN#.
Other than that, the roads are cleaned of snow readily.

Thank you! I genuinely appreciated having my things stored here. I started with two smaller units and then Mandy kindly informed me of an opening for a larger one. Eileen's cheery lilt always made me smile. In all, everyone there was very friendly and if they saw my vehicle, they'd always have my key ready.

Have been a customer for years sadly I moved out today as i no longer need the storage unit. Eileen has been an absolute gem consistant, friendly and always making me feel valued! Thank you for the years of great conversations 10/10 service!

We used Space Place storage for a period of 6 months. What an amazing and accommodating group of staff. Inclusive of having to add on to our original storage needs - service and assistance was extremally accommodating.

Moving to a previously owned house is not that easy. Much more if the structure can not immediately accommodate all your stuff just like what happened to me. So I sought some services regarding my problem and found this company very suited. They offered me a favorable deal for a storage unit. After settling a transaction, I moved and kept my excess stuff in their storage until I have my new house renovated and extended. For a situation like this, this company is very helpful having a storage space for as little or as long as you need.

Great storage facility. When I rendered their services, I am confident that my valuables are safe, secure and still intact when I need them again. I can store my belongings especially my car when I'm away at a very affordable price. Greatly recommended when it comes to self storage facility services.
