Sentinel Storage - Lethbridge North (Self-Serve)

The ladies up front, casi and Tracy (I apologize if I got the names wrong); were super friendly, able to explain everything extremely thorough and efficiently! They made the process absolutely enjoyable and they seem like the genuinely care about their clients and proudly represent the company!

Friendly efficient office staff. Good location, clean storage unit. If you're needing storage, I'd recommend Sentinel.

I have been storing my items in Lethbridge North at a very reasonable price for a large unit, the grounds are very well kept, and the staff is amazing.

Consistent upgrades and I feel like my items are very secure until I’m able to buy a new house in British Columbia and move everything else

*** It has been brought to my attention that my original review was unclear and unfortunately didnt reach the correct people!!! THIS location in itself HAS BEEN AMAZING! !!! Friendly people who are wonderful to work with and do everything they can to help with the day to day workings! I understand that it is beyond their control how head office controls the billing, and because of this they can not help in the situation i persaonally am in. I have chatted with them before and understand what i would need to do to reset the cycle, which THEY CAN NOT CHANGE. Secure site BUT with their billing system being on the 28 day cycle they end up over charging you!!! Insanely expensive!!!!! Awesome place for SHORT TERM storage needs, I would highly recommend them short term only!!!! Long term and you do end up losing money.

I guess the payments are only beneficial for those people who are working full time and receive a paycheck every 2 weeks and are able to pay ahead of those on set monthly pay. Those unable to work, on disability, aish or other, who don't have the means to just pull hundreds out whenever suffer from this billing style!!!
Not having access for long periods (gate code locked out), late charges, and constant reminders of non payments. Making one feel absolutely aweful each month begins to become a problem and makes you feel like trash. NOT like you have been loyal, reliable and valued customer!!! Not to mention out right attacked in person when you DO voice your opinion is just outright wrong!!!!

When we showed up with our initial copy the Manager was very helpful in getting us started, she was positive and clear regarding expectations. Thanks for a good start.

Quick and easy. Staff was nice and they did 90% of the leg work to get the unit to me quickly.

Staff is great. They made accommodations when I needed a bigger unit than originally planned. The latch for the overhead door is sticky which is frustrating.

Be very careful they seem to change policies on a whim, nothing but broken promises from them. I was a customer for almost four years and they treated me like trash. I will never do business with them again.

I first phoned the company and had a friendly informative and helpful agent. Then I went into the office to sign paper work. The staff were friendly, helpful and a joy to work with. All were professional and helpful. Thank you Lethbridge Sentinel!

Casey and Solitare were very helpful and friendly. They both took time to explain everything thoroughly. Very accommodating when we arrived and realized the unit we chose was going to be to small. I would recommend Sentinel storage.

Our son used Sentinel Storage Lethbridge North to store his belongings last summer after finishing his first year at Lethbridge College. There was really no reason to bring the contents home to Cold Lake. Great idea. Unfortunately, his unit was broken into and the contents stolen in late August. So much for safe and secure storage. One would think that Sentinel Storage would step up given that a college student was robbed of over $2,800 of contents that were less than a year old. Not the case. They accept no responsibility and send the file to their insurance company (Intact Insurance) who finally offers $900 as compensation for the contents - no way near the amount spent to replace the items. We even had receipts for the items that were purchased before he started school. Its been over 9 months and the Sentinel management remain mostly silent. We asked the regional manager for corporate contacts with Sentinel and they had ignored our request. As their regional manager said "once it is submitted to the insurance company, they are no longer involved". That's an easy cop out for a large corporation and their insurance company. All we want is to be compensated for the losses. Things probably would have been great if something didn't go wrong, but now we are the ones paying - for the safe and secure storage and now the stolen contents. Terrible.

Very friendly service provided by the whole team and especially Solitair! No issues onsite with our unit - would highly recommend using this storage facility!

First time renting a storage unti and my experience was great! Very friendly staff that were willing to answer any questions and concerns, great price, and flexible with extending my term to fit with changes in my schedule. HIGHLY recommend!

Excellent staff that go above and beyond. I had issues getting into my unit due to the shifting concrete slab and they came out to help me even on weekends. They are an amazing team.

My family and I had our stuff in this unit for 3 years and it was easy , and kept us feeling safe for our belongings. It was easy to navigate into and loved having 24 hour access if needed. If I had any questions, it didn’t matter who I spoke with all staff were beyond kind and helpful !!

The only thing was our stuff was incredibly dusty being on the side that faced the main road.

However we wound def choose Sentinel Again!

The staff and manager were excellent at meeting our specific needs, accomodating necessary changes and ensuring continous communication throughout our rental contract there. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage facility.
