If you want your stuff or trailer stolen this is definitely the place to go! Also they will raise your rates after a few months

This is the first time I rented a storage and it was a great experience.
The girl in the office was so helpful, Iively and cheerful. She made my life so easy to rent the storage. Great service. I give the employee 10 stars for her great service. Thank you!

My husband and I rented a storage unit at this location for less then two months. Our unit was broken into and number of our personal items including irreplaceable items were taken. Who ever it was broke the lock and took their time going through our unit. There were four units in total that were hit. The manager didn't notify us of the break-ins, we found out when we needed to grab something. There are only cameras situated at the main entrance, they couldn't determine who the culprits were. We have yet to be reimbursed for what was taken as well as the monthly rental cost as this happened at the beginning of the month.The police officer that dealt with our complain said that it has been an on-going issue at this location. I don't recommend renting storage units from this business.

Tim was really great! He was fast and friendly and helped me with a complicated situation! This place has also been the cheapest place to get storage. Will continue to use this place in the future. The quality and service has been superb so far!

I am so happy with the friendly and relaxed experience Gilbert at Storage Mart 10710 214 st provided. I was so stressed and frazzled, overwhelmed and scattered. Gilbert fixed any hiccups, made sure I had everything I needed, and patiently handled my stressed self with a smile. 10/10 would rent again!!

I went in this morning to confirm that the unit I rented online was truly booked and reserved, and met a gentleman named Gilbert who confirmed that the unit was reserved for me and all is good.
Gilbert is awesome, we spoke for about 20 minutes about the facility and the coverage that is surprisingly inexpensive for the unit.
There is lots of moving supplies there also.
The unit is larger and less expensive then any of other companies I seen online.
