I enjoy the regular staff at this location. However...
READ YOUR CONTRACT!!!!!
March 16, 2024. Bull Dog Self Storage granted access to my storage unit. They did this for someone that they checked on their computer and knew was NOT on the Access List.
To add insult to injury. They made one single failed attempt to contact me at 1:18pm. After that, they then used MY PERSONAL ACCESS CODES to let these people into the yard while deactivating my storage units alarms.
All because they recognized them as being on the list several months ago in the past..... Hint hint. I'm a business. I change my access codes over time as staff changes.
Those people went in and stole over $7000 in tools.
The kicker? Bull Dog Self Storage then uses my codes AGAIN to let the thieves out of the yard.
Yes. Yes indeed. One would think that Bull Dog Self Storage should be liable for this? And legally. They probably are!
So I ask them for compensation for my stolen tools.
Now. How does management respond to this? The manager tells me outright to "read the contract" repeatedly. After confronting the manager about what he is talking about and whether or not they can do whatever they want with my access codes. He confirms that yes, he can do whatever he wants and not be held liable. So I leave in defeat.
IT DOESN'T STOP THERE!!!!
I make a GoFundMe and advertise it on my company website. What happens next? A Solicitor representing Bull Dog Self Storage then decides to send me a Cease And Desist because they don't like how some stuff is worded. They threaten to sue me.
In my opinion, this is the last place on earth that I would recommend to anyone for storing their possessions. I've taken this story to the news and I made sure to receive confirmation that I can indeed post whatever the hell I want, so long as I stick to the absolute, irrefutable facts of the story.
Govern Yourself Accordingly Bull Dog. You will not force me into silence.

Great storage location and very friendly staff. Had two large, heated indoor storage lockers for a very decent price. We ended up moving out just due to it being for paper and files but would recommend for sure
