Renee is very helpful and is easy to work with. Facility is well maintained and kept. Accessing the building is easy and stress-free.

Updated review: love love love this place. If i can give 10 stars I would. My stuff are clean as the way I put it inside. No stolen/broken lock or anything unsafe. No bugs/spider whatsoever, it was quite safe against Edmonton winter as well. Prompt response if you had any questions. I would definitely use bulldog again & recommend it to anyone I know.

I will try to be brief about the many reasons we were so impressed with bulldog self storage, but it’s difficult because the list is long!
-Jalice is wonderful and a delight to work with. She is the perfect balance of pleasant and professional. You can tell she really cares everyone has their needs met and is very clear explaining the ins and outs. The process was quick as well.
-Thoughtful in the way they do security inside and out.
-Thoughtful about details like automatic lights and a clean bathroom. You can tell that this business put effort into improving upon the industry standard and then pretty much 10x’d it.
-Great location with a loading dock and dollies.
-Cameras operational and our unit is indoors. They really value keeping everyone safe and abiding by protective rules/measures.
-Lobby is clean, welcoming and organized. Love the little bits of local art along with the robust selection of supplies.

One note: to be more competitive with uhaul and the other big operations, maybe have some rolling dollies and hand trucks for rent, that add on would be cool since all the apartment dwellers (myself included) are right there.

Clean, well organized and efficient. Not to mention the price is affordable! I never thought I would write a review for a storage unit, but this place deserves the praise. Jalese, the owner there is very polite and kind. You can tell she cares about the business.

Definitely will recommend to anyone and everyone, they have taken good care of me when first signing up and getting into my space, they really care about you and your situations. Came in, very big hurry and got me my unit that day and started moving in that day. Never had any problems with anything! Jalese, the store manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She made it look effortless! Great communication, competitive prices with outstanding deals, and wonderful personality. The facility is also beautiful, Jalese keeps the office in a very organized condition that felt very aesthetically pleasing. 10/10 would recommend for moving and storing needs!

All of my interactions with the manager, Jalese Andrieu; both on the phone and face to face, have been outstanding! She is courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about all things related to the storage facility; has answered all of my questions and been generally very helpful in every way. The facility is clean, spacious, well lit and easy to navigate within.

Rented a unit at Bulldog online and got a crazy good deal. $90 a month for two months promotional deal. So I figured it would be the usual big stinky rude guy at the front desk of a storage place. But I was pleasantly surprised when I met Jalese and she was amazing! So friendly and knowledgeable she was great! She made sure our door code worked after about 4 attempts the system finally added it. Talking with Jalese was pleasant and intelligent quite a positive interaction. She is a gem and Bulldog is lucky to have such a professional lovely person working the front desk. She represented Bulldog perfectly! Thank you Jalese!

If you find yourself needing storage space, this is a good place to start. It's clean, well lit, and everything works - the overhead doors, the sliding storage unit doors, and the trolleys they provide. Staff is helpful, and access is via code only. What more could you ask for:-)

It’s convenient, well lit, has both heated and non heated storage.

My only complaint is that I wish the hours were longer. It would be nice to go after 9:00 pm at times.

The managemt is great, they have good pricing, and a variety of different sized units.

I have had this unit for 10 years as I lived in a small one bedroom apartment with no storage. I have never had any security issue here and the one time we had a puddle issue in front of our unit, it was taken care of promptly. The pricing has been fair over the years and I would recommend this place to anyone.
