The clerk of Canada Post office at Shopper's Drug Mart in Northland Village which is in Calgary, AB did manage to make two mistakes in the destination city. Even that I was providing zip code, and she correctly entered and made me to check, the clerk eventually could not copy the name of city in the US (Xpress post) - Fagetterville instead of Fayetteville (AR). But wait, when I called on Canada Post 24/7 number (+1 866 607 6301) on August 13, 5 AM, the customer service representative mockingly repeated my last words "hopefully it will ..." and no sorry expression was heard for money and time wasted on such terrible service turning my experience with Canada Post into miserable one.

I am so sorry for Canada Post and its customers. They are monopoly all across Canada now, and we - customers have to pay the real price of this monopoly.

This is the WORST post office EVER. There is an overweight turban wearing woman that works here she constantly yells and cusses at people. Extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I only wish I was kidding I went in to buy phone top off cards and the fat woman gave me a big lecture. I don't know why and then when I told her I just wanted my cards she got very angry. When I got home I saw she overcharged me $10.00!!!!
I think there are mental issues here. I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. I went to london drugs for my phone cards since then and I'm happy. I don't know why the owner doesn't realize hes losing business with her mistreating the customers. Oh well I will AVOID THE CUSSING FAT TURBAN WOMAN!!!!

We have are tracking a parcel that is supposed to arrive more than a week ago it is in canada already when we tracked it.it is an important parcel and we have to have it as soon as possible before our flight in 2 days..we went to this Fraser location and the lady looked at the stores system and told us it shows that it was already delivered a few days ago..we told her we haven't received any not even a notice for that parcel..she said its supposed to be dropped off to the closer post office to our home and not at their location..so the parcel should be coming straight from that post office before they will deliver it to our home..she gave us a customer service number..we tried so many times to call that number but nobody is picking up just that machine so we head off to the other post office close to our home..the employees their was very helpful and nice..they cannot see our parcel in their system..they told us they can only see it if the system if the parcel was brought to their location..they help us connect with the customer service we we're put on hold for about 8 mins..and we're told they cannot help us and was very sorry we were advised to call the sender of the parcel ..before we left that post office the employee advised us to go back to the first office where we went to and ask for the DNC number of the parcel so we can track it down we're the package was brought..she also added that the lady who helped us in the first post office can see our parcel in their system so there's a chance that she would see the DNC number of the parcel.. We talked to the same lady that seems to be the owner of that postal service location snapped at us when we asked nicely if she can just checked again the DNC number ..she angrily said I already looked and I only help nice people..then ordered the other girl employee that she talk to us and warned the poor girl not to give us her name because she have no right to do that she's very angry... It's so funny we didn't even asked for her name ..it's so obvious she owns that place..she's been their for many years and we've been getting her crankiness and poor customer service for a long time.. It didn't happened the first time..we've witness that with her other customers as we'll..I do hope canada post would investigate how some people that's been working for them treat their customers..not going back to that location again and hope I can give them a zero rate...

A most horrible experience. I asked for the cheapest way to send a parcel and she ignored my question and gave me another price.
I said this was not the price as I knew it to be about $2.00 more than when I have posted it at other stations.
I then said OK when she up-sold me !! :)

Then when the final price was arrived at she said it was $3.69 cents more. I said you said it would be $2.00 more.
When she saw that I was upset she said "so what I am bad at math".

Three customers in front of me were also up-sold.
She then put the sticker stamp on the parcel. I said take it off and I left.

I am a businessman from London Ontario. I have never had such a miserable experience.

Customer Service level at this location is very low. I wish Canada Post should do mystery shopping time to time at this location. Representatives (or owners) have no common sense that they are serving the customers, no smile or respect for customers at all. They definitely require training for this kind of service or should not be doing this job. The purpose of these comments is to expect better service rather than any negative attitude toward this location. Thanks.

Service is as expected, nothing to complain about nor give praise. I do question how they round a $1.16 charge to $1.20, now that we don't have pennies. The amount, obviously insignificant; however, the principle, ibviously wrong.

i never write reviews for anything but here it goes
-Lady asked me for my adress, I gave her 4 numbers without giving her my street name and told me nothing was in the system yet. how could it? I wasnt done yet?, She was rude, gave attitude and gave me attitude while giving me her phone number.
then the next day when i called Canada post, they said were busy call us back later and hung up. Is this how all canada posts work? unbelievable. both individuals i spoke to should be fired.
