They may be a fine stationery store but they are ridiculous as a post office outlet because they never answer their phone. I tried every hour for 5 days. Nothing. I imagine my packages will be returned to sender because they close too early to get there after work, and they do not answer their phone to enable extension of the time period to hold packages.
