Creditview Stables

I didn’t realize how bad creditview stables was until i left for another barn. I had been riding there on and off for 5-6 years and had not progressed much till I went to another barn as you mostly do the same thing here. I did really like the instructor Kaitlyn however and thought she was very helpful! The summer camp was good as well. This barn is definitely for beginners and might be a good experience for them but anyone beyond that should go somewhere else, same thing if you want to show as they do not offer showing off property. This barn is mostly children and teens and there was a lot of petty drama as well as not being inclusive at least that’s how it was a few years ago. Most things are quite strict, some things for a good reason. The owner is not kind and unfriendly and did not seem to understand why I was upset for riding the same horse for weeks and weeks while everyone else switched and did not care. Overall would not recommend but possibly would for some beginners.

Creditview stables is an amazing stable. The owner and staff are very kind, and the horses were very nice as well. I rode at Creditview for four years, and I can honestly say that it was like my second home. I learned many skills, both on the horse and in the stable, and I consistently improved in my riding. I definetly recommend this stable for people who would like to learn how to ride, and also for people who would like to improve their riding skills.

A GREAT place to take riding lessons. Instructors are top notch and seem to teach with a whole Horsemanship approach!

Okay so I rode here roughly 2 years ago when I was beginner and this was the first stable and English riding lessons I was ever in. Now that I am more advanced as a rider and tried different stables I realised how much this stable sucked! They would not let you pass the rope witch was just before all the horses stalls that was annoying at first I thought they wouldn't let us pass because maybe the horses were aggressive bet they weren't. Also if you bring treats you have to put them into the bucket for other riders to feed them to the horses. Okay so I know this is some kind of safety thing but this is just ridiculous! Also my mom said the owner of the barn would not come to greet the parents until it was the end of the month and time to pay. Although I have said some mean things about this stable I really liked my coach she was patient and helpful. When I was attending this stable they always said go under the horses neck, but me at that time listened to them and I went under a horses neck to put the stirrups up on the saddle after a lesson and the horse bit me. I later realised that this was the horses bling spot and you shouldn't go in it. The first time I was there they also taught us to groom a horse, once we finally were done the lesson we got to try it on our own. So they assigned a horse to me that would bite when he was being brushed I got bit again! After a month I quit this stable, some people might have had better experience at this stable but my thoughts were very bad! sorry

i absolutely do not recommend this place because they do not have levels of riding so you do not know where your child is at. My child has been riding for 5 years, and her instructor always said she was doing well but she never advanced?! I spoke to the owner about the situation, but she didn't seem to care, and did not do anything to help. My daughter told me every week she was doing the same thing over and over again, and this continued for 5 whole years. Now she has started at another stables. The kids at her new stable are at her level, but have only been riding for less than a year. She is progressing quickly at her new stable. Unfortunately, It was a waste of time and money all these years at Creditview.

My daughter has just started riding at Creditview Stables after riding at other stables in the Mississauga/Brampton area. What a refreshing change! Creditview Stables is excellent. The barns are clean, the staff seem friendly and knowledgeable and the horses look great. As a parent, I'm quite impressed with their Safety First attitude!! Highly recommend!!!!!
