I requested a compliance letter from three different motor companies, Ford is the only company charge me $100 which is not fair and I am not happy.

I purchased my 2017 Ford Explorer from Kennedy Ford. I was happy with the level of service from the Sales team. There was a small issue that was missed during the inspection of the truck, but when I brought it back to show them, their response was excellent and they took the appropriate action to correct it. Overall, very satisfied.
I decided to have my Lincoln serviced here as I wasn't happy with the service at dealership where I purchased it.So far, I have been pretty satisfied with Kennedy Ford.

I recently purchased a 2012 F-150 from Kennedy Ford and l must say that it was a great experience. When l went there to look and the vehicles outside, the salseman came outside and stood in the rain with me, answering my questions. He offered me a brochure and arranged two road tests on two seperate days. No high pressure sale tactics. Very relaxing environment and very pleasant staff. I really enjoyed buying my truck from Kennedy Ford.

I bought a used Taurus from Kennedy and now about a month later my car is smoking. My mechanic says that the head gasket and pan gasket are leaking oil and its an $850 repair bill. He missed it on his first inspection because they cleaned the engine so well that they removed the marks. Basically, they sold it to me knowing it was leaking and did and said nothing. The salesman never shut up, and he was impatient and just plain annoying. This is my first car and it has been a disaster as i have already had to put $900 in repairs into it plus purchase cost. I will buy Ford again, but I will never deal with Kennedy again.
