I bought a Xmas gift and upon returning it, due to the fit, I was advised that I could only get a store credit....... Not so bad.....I shop here always......good independent business!!!!! Not so, seems once you purchase customer service do not exist!!!!!!!! I have shopped here for many years but now........never again.........owner has no respect or concern, and really does not care about return customers......may as well shop at Walmart!!!!!!! Really do not want you to use your legitimate store credit!!!!!! Greed is alive and well at hiker haven oakville!!!!!!!! Shame shame
