I find the staff friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Unlike other stores around Edmonton, If you are new to the sport they are never condescending or rude. Their prices and selection are comparable or even better than the box stores, with amazing service. PAL courses are offered on the upper level, and there is always parking out front.
