The place was terriable! I was given a 150$ gift card. I called for a facial. I showed up, they didnt validate parking, despite being under construction and impossible to find. Reciption was terriable, not friendly or welcoming at all! Then I went for my facial to walk into a huge sales pitch, from the sales woman of the year, not to mention im laying on the bed waiting to get my facial while shes trying for atleast 20 min to sell me extras, wtf! After the high pressure sales I went with a normal facial and waxing, eyebrows, lip chin. Which I might add are completely over priced for the crappy job she did, I had to get my eyebrows fixed after I left. So needless to say my facial was all of about 15min, with no head face shoulder massage, I mean nothing! I was left alone with a mask on for about 45 min if not longer, she came cleaned off the mask, no extractions, or steam on my face, and I was done that was it. I went to pay, and at first they didnt charge for the waxing,probably from the lack of organization, I was honest and paid and extra 20$ on top of the 150$ to be extremely disappointed and have to get my eyebrows redone. I will never recommend or use this ficality ever again, its over priced, they hire any joe off the street to work there, and it shows by the staff and lack of professionalism. I never go out of my way to complain, but the services at oasis were the worst I have ever came across in any business. I would give 0 stars if I could!

When my husband and I decided to take a “couples day” together, we decided we would like to make a day of it at a spa. We had been to Oasis previously and really enjoyed the ambiance and atmosphere there. After babysitter arrangements and doggy daycare appointments, we were excited to have a day to completely de-stress and just enjoy each other’s company. When I booked our spa date, I was specific to ensure that the lunch service that the spa offered online was to arrive at 1:00pm so that my husband and I would have ample time to eat and then have time for not only food to settle before our massage appointments, but to also enjoy the steam room or other facilities before the next appointment. Prior to our appointment on March 3rd, I had received 2 phone calls from the spa to confirm our bookings that day. Each call confirmed our 1pm lunch service. That day, we waited until 1:10pm until we decided we’d better check on what was happening with lunch. Between 1:10pm and 1:50pm, we checked with staff 3 times to see where are lunch was, concerned that we would have to rush and eat and not be able to enjoy the other services that the spa had to offer for our relaxing getaway. In fact, each time we went to see a staff member, they got quite aggressive that it wasn’t their fault and they didn’t know when it was going to arrive. 50 minutes later, no one could tell us what was happening. My husband was hypoglycemic at this point and we explained this to the staff and that we just couldn’t wait any longer. We told the staff that we were unhappy with the service that we had received, but at no time did they take any responsibility for service or ask what they could do to try to make things right. As a matter of fact, the staff treated us in an appalling manner. They agreed not to charge us for the lunch or massage appointments, and then we went to change. After my husband changed, he waited for me in the reception area, three staff members were discussing us in a negative manner from behind the reception desk with my husband in earshot and other customers present. While we changing, apparently the lunch had arrived, just minutes before our massage appointment. While I was getting dressed in the change room, another staff member abruptly entered the room to inform me that lunch had arrived. When I explained that it was too late and we were leaving, she loudly accused us of verbally attacking the staff. Not only was I embarrassed, but it made me extremely uncomfortable to be approached in this manner. I declined the meal offer and explained that it was now too late to both eat and make a massage appointment. I went back out to reception, and while we were waiting for the charge to pay for the pedicure that I had had, when one of the staff members told us that they were not charging us for the day and that we should just leave. I insisted that I was happy to pay for that, and she declined. When my Visa statement arrived later that month, I was surprised to see that we had in fact been charged. We made a formal complaint, but the Spa Owner did not respond.
