This place is full of low life drug addicts. One of them is breaking into garages on wilton ave . residents followed his wagon tracks through the snow , through the riverside terrace parking lot , through a hole in the wooden fence where it meets the chain link fence and straight to his door where there is all the stolen property. This place needs to be shut down before someone gets hurt and this dirt bag needs to be arrested.
