I attended.. for the first time the workshop officiated by Jenny and Jan.
I found the workshop very informative. educational. and the girls made it fun.
I deal with OA /hips. knees and other and am trying to learn all I can to become stronger and avoid surgery for replacement joints.
I am intersted in knowing more and if there are regular meetings ..
