Elle spa is bar far one of the best places in winnipeg to go. The atmosphere is relaxing and the esteticians are very friendly, and experienced. They give the best manicures! My manicure always lasts 2 weeks. I have also had waxing, facials and pedicures. I am always happy with the results!! They can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for.
