Eek! real bad service took my 2 okidata cx3641 and had for 6 weeks with no avail.....came back broken even worse, sold me a used kip 5000 with no scanner for $20000, then i found out they retail for $9500. All this after i spend $60000ish a year on supplies(not anymore)
