Bad experience with this company. Was looking for an exterior sign. Worked with John on a design and mock up. The design presented was great with lots of bells and whistles. When I requested another less complex design I was basically dropped as a customer. Never had this experience before with any other product/service provider. It was a first to not have a sales person stop talking to me leaving me with the impression that I was an inconvenience. An approach to doing business that Lovett Signs management and other potential customers should be aware of.
