I drove well over an hour to try on winter boots at a great price but advertised as a final sale. The boots fit fine in the store but once home and out walking I realized that the left boot was defective and was causing a painful abrasion on my upper heel.
I sent them an email and politely explained the problem and stated that I wanted to return and receive either another pair or a credit.
They ignored my email and the follow-up telephone call a few days later.
Out of exasperation I contacted the boot company and in no time at all they promised to resolve the problem. I hope to post a positive rating for that company's customer service in the near future.
As for Vimi Shoes: My advice — Don't buy online or from a distance. If something goes wrong then you're on your own.
