Moneysworth & Best

Sam is amazing! He saved my tall boots a few years ago, when another shoe repair place almost ruined them. Now he has rebuilt my winter hiking boots, and they look better and are more sturdy than before. If anyone can do it, Sam can! He's had the business for about 5 years or so, and he's totally turned it around. I highly recommend him.

The best and most skilled and talented in the city. From Gucci shoes to Luis Vuitton bags he does it all.

For over 20 years I have taken all my shoe repairs to Sam at the Yonge & Bloor Moneysworth & Best. His work is perfect and he extensive knowledge of the trade. Excellent prices and my shoes always look great. Sam helps maintain the 'health' of my shoes and boots so they always look almost new.

I would not hesitate to highly recommend Sam!

Once you get to know Sam, you won't go anywhere else. He's a good practitioner who isn't afraid to tackle tough challenges. Very fair pricing for the quality of work too.

I've been using this store location for a few years and always had amazing service. I don't need to go often, but when I do I'm recognized and greeted as a repeat customer.

Not sure about the first two reviewers, but I've dealt with this location for awhile, and found the work to be good, and never have had attitude. Maybe the bad reviews was about previous staffers, but the guy now is helpful and quick. At first he may look a little intimidating, but once you get to know him, he will go out of his way to help.

I have dealt with Sam a few times, and he was always helpful. I will intend on bringing more shoes and boots to him, since he has always done good repairs at a good price for me!

went to the Moneysworth & best at Yonge & Bloor, looking for 47 inch laces. clerk told me that he had been in business for 15 years and had never heard of that size. I told him that I had been wearing shoes for 55 years and had bought them many times. In an 'after-the-horse-left-the-gate' manner, he called out "Good Luck" to my departing back! What a jerk!

No Stars for this business. I stood in line waiting to pick-up boots tonight and when the "clerk" took my ticket he promptly started serving the person behind me. When I finally interrupted and asked if I could please have my boots, he told me they had been ready on Tuesday and I had made him wait so now I could wait. I was shocked as was the gentleman he was now serving.

I will never use this store again and never use Moneysworth & Best again. I have never been treated this badly at a store before in my life.
