After pumping my holding tank for several years, they would not come down my driveway after a rainstorm which I at first accepted but after investigating and finding the driveway was ok. They would not even return my call even after 10 days of no rain. I could not believe that they ignored my voice mail inquires. Extremely unprofessional and discourteous. Another company pumped me out without any trouble.
