both myself for our home and three other friends have had the system installed by Bolt, I am now in their office and just want to say the negative comments are done and put on this site by EX employees that were let go for negative reasons and good reasons why they were let go. Bolt is excellent, they care and you are dealing with owners, the comments are not true but trying to make Bolt look bad, those people must grow up.

We set up for our business and paid UPFRONT 5 months ago they have not showed up 3 times and cancelled 2 times. BEYOND ANNOYED!!!

Frustrating. I needed service for my system. I called them and was asked to go over the panel myself with someone telling me what to do over the phone, I even needed a screwdriver. Told that they knew what was wrong. Someone came over later and the problem was misdiagnosed. Later I called to know when they could come over again and was told they were coming the following week on a certain date. Well, it's a good thing I called because I wasn't made aware of that appt. So I booked off work that day and by mid afternoon nobody has shown up so I called only to be told they had problems somewhere else and could not make it. Nice! they had not bothered to let me know. They have rescheduled the appt once more. For sure communication could be improved.

Phone calls are not returned despite assurances they will be. Twice I scheduled service appointments and adjusted my own schedule to be sure I was home at the required time. The first appointment was to be between 11am and 3pm. At 2pm I received a phone call stating the serviceman would not be able to make it. Another appointment was scheduled for a few days later between 1pm and 3pm. Again, no one showed up and this time there was no cancellation call. My time has value too. Bolt has shown very little consideration for its customers, and dealing with them has been a very frustrating and infuriating experience.
