I enjoy working here especially when I get to come back and do what I enjoy best and that is being a supportive, nurturing and loving teacher to all the children. Alpha Child Care has given me a great perspective on life and it has taught me how precious all children are and what we can do to futhrer the minds of the children. Wow! 33 years in business and nothing like this has been posted before. Waiting lists and golden references from healthcare agencies beg to differ with your opinion.
There is a complaints process through the Ministry of Education if you care to legitimize your concerns.

I regret every moment my child was at alpha. I thought I researched them, but when I look back there were signs. The facility is unsafe, the supervisors are incompetent and the teachers are scary. As parents we should not have to tell our daycare of gaps in their processes that put the children at risk.
The facility was unclean, during one visit i noticed a dirty diaper bundled up on the floor of the supervisors office! If you are considering this daycare just walk by the facility while the children are outside- you will hear how they speak to the children. They raise their voices at them, and fail to properly supervise them. I can't believe I trusted them with my child.
This place should be closed, and the owner who pretends to be monitoring things and tracking incidents is completely negligent when significant issues arise.
My daughter is a good daycare now and the difference is astounding.
