The Canadian toll free number gets you a nice lady with a strong accent in Baton Rouge. Not sure which province that's in.....but not sure they understand how things work here north of the border. Would prefer to deal with a Canadian company who understands our OSH legislation.
Also found out that their Rescue 1 course is an intro to rope only ... not even an Ops level course. At 5 days long and nearly $1200 that's a pretty pricey "intro". Better deals/certification elsewhere.
