Omega Driving School

Well let me tell you about today. Day 3 of the initial 5 week course... I arrived 20 minutes early as the instructor told us we needed to get there early because the class size is too large for the facility (38 people registered). So along with a bunch of people, I arrived early and waited for the door to open so I could rush in and get a seat. Some people entered, put down their belongings and then went to the washroom. Instructor began wailing that they should be kicked out and sent home, and that once we enter the class we should stay in the room. It's a two hour class with no breaks! If you want to go to the washroom, it would cause such disruption! So the forward thinking early folk were trying to do what is right. I couldn't take any more of the complaining- clearly he is uncomfortable with the size of the class, but you cannot blame the students, especially when we are paying! The driving school wanted to split the class to come later, but who wants to give up their Saturday evening?! Responsible thing to do would be to hire another instructor for the same time. Anyway, he got very angry at me and told me that I could have my money back, no one is begging me and also I should SHUT UP and mind my own business because he wasn't even complaining about me. The thing is... I arrive early, I do the homework, and I come prepared to participate. I refused to let his stupidity stop me from participating today! I enrolled for a course, I'm not attending because I want to. I won't let him make me uncomfortable because I had the guts to stop his complaining. Maybe he told me to shut up because I'm a brown skinned woman? Dunno, I'm not a cry baby. I participated actively for the rest of the class, but you bet I'm going online to blast them. Ridiculous people. SAAQ this embarrasses you.

WORST EVER! Avoid if you can. Spread the word so they can;t rip any more people off. Also if you're forced to pay for more than you signed up for, call Better Busniess Bureau, Quebec Safety League, any organization that regulates them!

Absolutely terrible. I am disgusted. They don't know what they're doing. Clerks have an attitude. All they want is money and they'll try to make you take extra courses. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! You don't learn anything and it is an absolute WASTE OF TIME!!!

Worst driving school ever. Don't know anything, terrible customer service and clerks with an attitude. Unless you want to waste both time and money, AVOID.
