Doesn't care about what the students want, and the Chinese teachers don't have superior English skills. Without the Mandarin program, this school is pretty bad
Not too bad. Doesn't really pay attention to what the STUDENTS want for the school. For example tearing down the tot-lot. Lots of kids hated the idea, and the little kids can't really play on the new one anymore.
