Norquest College

I am currently a distance student with this college, and I can honestly tell you, I have never been treated WORSE by any other educational facility. The staff are rude and uncaring. They wait days and days to return phone calls and e-mails, and when you are a distance student, and you only have a set number of weeks to get the course done, every day counts. So, if you are needing answers to a question, or need to book an exam time, undeniably, you will wait and wait for a response. When they finally do get back to you, if ever, (especially about exam bookings) the date you originally wanted is full!!!! Then you have to pick another day, which sounds easy, but when work as well as do the courses, it means more shuffling, and all of this could have been avoided if they had enough courteous and caring staff to answer the phones and e-mails in the first place! I have spoken to many people taking many different courses at this college, and they have all been dissatisfied. Look around.
