Yesterday morning "Tech. Joe" arrived right on time and swiftly finished our new outside T.V. work and then ,just as swiftly, set up our new equipment. Then, within moments, he had us tuned into a fresh, HD lifestyle followed by patiently explaining how to get around our new receiver. One minor adjustment required Bell's attention. It meant he would have to come back later in the day to verify everything. In the meantime he left us his number in case we should need him. We were left very happy and had a great rest of the day admiring our new viewing. Later he called to assure us he would be around early this morning. (I believe the office called as well.)
Promptly this morning there was "Tech. Kevin". He just buzzed in... took a good look at our program setup and within a few strokes of his wand had everything verified and 100% in place. He was also a pleasure to have looking after us.
We are writing this commendation as we were so impressed with the expertise and care we experienced. We were treated with respect and patience. We felt good when they were here and assured when they left. Thank you so much fellows. Ken and Mary Baker

had Kevin service our sat system today April 10/15 he was prompt curteous and very friendly.Was a wealth of information for my system which I upgraded after hearing him explain the upgrade to my wife and I, Excellent service tech keep up the great work , T& P Hay 5 star rating

Kevin did an excellent job of installing our PVR and was very helpful and informative
