Harreson's Military Store

After purchasing a knife and case for $80, I found the exact same knife online for $15. Went back two days later to return it. Was non-confrontational and polite. Return was not accepted, employee was immediately incredibly defensive, snarky and rude. Found out I had been taken advantage of as a young woman because I was sold the case for $13 when my brother in law bought a knife there months ago and was given a case for free. Also, this employee even assumed I had been given the case for free by the one who sold it to me before seeing that I had been charged. After establishing that the cases were usually thrown in for free, a request for a refund of just the case was made and denied as well. Store policy was completely hidden behind a donation box. I was not informed of a no-return policy upon purchase even after establishing that I was buying the knife as a gift. Employee said, “We’re not Wal-Mart,” as he childishly walked away from me.
