Ridge Riders Roofing

Well, the company came when I needed them to fix the facia problem. There were also problems on the back of my home. They charged me an extra 50$ and supposedly fixed it. Wind is up again and buckled in the back. Came once said the problem was the when Wilderness roofing had fixed it they had not taken off the old facia and just went over the top. We said okay the fix it. They won’t answer my calls. Right up there with Wilderness as useless.

Do not hire this company! The mangement is rude and disrespectful and their work eithic and product quality are atrocious. My roof leaked more after they were done than before they were hired.

I just called Ridge Riders Roofing and was hung up on by a very rude employee/owner/manager? I called to ask if they could give me a price on a cedar roof for the house that my husband and I would be building this fall and before I could get half of my question out I was told NO? and was hung up on. So being the girl that I am I called to get the name of the person that so rudely hung up on and was told WHAT DO YOU WANT after I asked to whom I was speaking and he hung up on me again. I will be going in on Tuesday to find out who I was talking to. As a customer as well as a business owner myself if I had a one or 2 year waiting list and just couldn't take anymore work on I would tell my prospective customer that, not yell at them and hang up on them.
