I have been calling them for 3 months and just getting empty promises. They installed an eavestrough and the water runs between the eavestrough and the fascia. I was told this was normal. Would highly recommend you find another company with integrity to do your work.

Lance installed a very expensive roof for us four years ago. From the beginning it has leaked and large areas have blown off twice. No warantee from Lance; they will only come out to work on it if they are paid more. I have bugged them so much to honor their workmanship that the owner just swears at me and slams down the phone.

I would not recommend this company as I have waited over five months for them to fix several leaks in my eaves. When I phone all I get is excuses and empty promises. These issues are still pending at this time. The last time I phoned they suggested I fix them myself and they would pay me thirty dollars. Come on......
