My parents woke up to rain falling into their foyer. Turns out their skylight had not been properly installed when the house was built, and it slid right off and left a giant square hole. I called several roofing companies with no answer or callback, but Mike's roofing did call me back. The customer service person was kind and quite lovely. She let me know she would get a hold of staff (sorry, don't know the proper terminology) and give me a call back. In the meantime, my parents and I kept calling around and someone was able to attend before Mike's roofing called me back. I'm leaving this review because Mike's roofing still tried to help the situation even when I mentioned someone else had shown up. They didn't have to do that...they could have just ended the call, but instead they offered some tips and advice to bring up with the person who did come to the house and were kind in stating that I could call them back and they would help if the person who showed up wasn't able to do the job. While the other person did the job, I am grateful for the kindness I was shown by Mike's roofing. If this is how they show up for someone who isn't even a client, then I can only imagine how amazing they are when hired. Thank you for helping ease some stress and anxiety today!

Our roof was in desperate need of replacement. Mike and his team offered us the most competitive pricing in town! I was not disappointed to learn they were a family run business. They fit us in earlier than we anticipated and their work ethic was excellent. They were friendly and efficient. We’re so pleased with the out come. Having Mike’s Roofing at our home felt like an old-fashioned work bee. They are truly amazing, kind hearted and generous people. I have nothing but extraordinary gratitude and respect for this local business! I highly recommend them! Thank you so much guys for making our house feel like a home again🏡❤️

We had a fantastic experience with Mike’s Roofing PG. They were kind and able to fit us in within the week. They did an amazing and quick job with the repair. We have never needed to find someone to fix our roof before so it was a new experience. They made less stressful and provided us with options. I will be using them again!

Just had Dennis and his company do my roof for me and I can not say enough about the job they did. Great experience from the time I met Dennis to the time the job was done. Very professional and on time every day and fast. I recommend anyone that is looking for a roof to be done to call them first. The whole crew was polite and courtesy. Could even tell they were there after job done not a nail left on the ground. Highly recommend đź‘Ś
