Mark Haley Roofing

Charged more that was quoted in the estimate. They were going to install new plywood under the new shingles but didn't do it, however insisted on charging for the product they didn't provide. They couldn't provide and excuse for charging me for the plywood that was not installed. There was a 25 year warranty on their work, and it is now leaking seven years later. I have called another roofing company to fix it because I don't trust Haley roofing.

i wouldn't recommend him to my neighbor
