Tried it out once and never came back to this god forsaken place. My food was misordered the staff was rude the manager didn't help at all and what's even more surprising was that there's always a huge line up at that place all the time. NEVER EAT AT THIS PLACE.
totally agree with you on this one. what a piece of trash of a place
Most Macdonalds staff are kids and follow what the management dictate, so if service is slow blame the restaurant manager or the regional manager. Drive through gets at least three to one. As for the filth, why should they care when the food is toxic stuff. We wash our shoes and slip on the slimy floor which in effect gets more dirty cause no one leaves a dry path. We sit at their filthy tables not too concerned about parasites or bacteria. We buy their toys to put in the landfills. We go for the second cup because of the fireplace or wifi even though they will kick us out for staying more than a few minutes. We eat their toxic food even tough we are told again and again its unhealthy. I think there is even propylene glycol in the baking which is industrial antifreeze. And then we complain about thier staff who are just doing what they are told. Macdonalds makes money off our stupidity, lack of self worth, impulsivity and selfishness.
its often dirty and very slow some rude workers
We frequently stop at this McDonalds(8th and Louise) on Sunday morning. Today the counter staff were friendly and efficient. Food was very prompt. Upstairs eating area was clean and pleasant. A tasty and enjoyable experience, plus coffee is great!
my family use this location to meet for coffee. which is done most everyday. the people at this location are very friendly. they are prompt with their service.
Used the drive- through & ordered the Asian chicken salad but when I openedthe packaging the salad dressing was ranch not the sesame as advertised.
Thankfully I had some renees sesame dressing at home to use.

I will never eat at this restaurant ever again. The staff are a bunch of idiots that can't even get an order correct. I always have to check my order before we leave in order to ensure our order is correct. It is not worth my money to eat at this establishment when the customer is treated rudely, orders are incorrect, and the wait is way toooo long. I am truly disappointed with how this restaurant is run. Head office needs to do something soon or there will be no more MacDonald's in the near future. How sad!!!!
My family went to have a quick suppper there and I experienced the rudest cashier and most spineless manager ever. The cashier had yelled to the long line up of customers that she was closing after a certain amount of people in her line up. She never made it clear who was to be the last of her customers for her shift, and of course we were the people she refused to service because she was closing. I explained that she never made it very clear and all she said was I wasn't kidding when I said this till was closing and that there was no one else to take orders; there was only one other cashier on the floor. When I said she was very rude she asked if I would like to talk to the manager, and I said yes. This young man comes out; I explain the situation about her rudeness and all he had to say was that usually she is very good with her customer service and that is why she is out in the front. But he would talk to her if I would like. I just walked out in frustration and decided that if this is the only kind of "help" that was applying for the job, I am better off not eating at this type of restaurant ever again. Truly disappointing how things are run at this establishment.
Holy crap this place is horrible. We stood in line at this dirty restaurant for 15 minutes while the lunatic in front of us demanded to speak to the manager about tomatoes. The cashier just stood there watching the line get bigger when she should have been taking other orders until the issue was resolved. About 8 minutes in we asked her if we could order and she just looked at us like an idiot. The scary thing is that on her name tag it said she was a "Shift Trainer". I know there is a labour shortage but seriously, if they have her training everyone this place is in trouble. Trying to find a clean table in this hell hole was even harder, they were all messy and covered in food. I would not go here again, it's by far the worst McDonalds in the entire city. Head office should pop in and review their franchises once in a while.
yikes, that's awful!
McDonalds sure has gone downhill since the days of the rollerskates.
