The customer serive in Tim Horton's at 5555 Eglinton Ave Etobicoke is really unucceptable. My orders many times were incorrect. While I was placing the orders, many times I was interrupted and on the end the order was still not correct. I used to work in Country Style serving drive through and always try to be polite and there are situation that someone needed to repeat his/her order but always I was trying to get a correct order the first time. It is sad that no one apologize for anything in this place and say thank you and have a nice day. I was told by manager that the voice who asked us to place the orders is prerecorded and many times it breaks down. Don't they have enough people working there to take the orders?
