We tried to order a nice dinner on Valentine's Day -- I requested the $30 dinner be delivered and the order was ordered @ 5:20 pm and expected delivery was 6:10 pm/ that time come and went so finally at 6:40 I called - promised order was being processed and it would arrive by 7 pm. 7 pm came and went - I called again at 7:40 - spoke to manager Pat who said he didn't know where the driver was but should be to my house soon. By now the winter weather was adding to the issue of the slow service - by 8 pm still no dinner so I called and told them to forget it. Pat called my house at 8:40 again apologizing and promised he was sending me in the mail four free dinners - those dinner coupons were in the mail to me. So now we are to March 1st and to date have not received anything. I will never order from this location again - and I only live 5 kms from it. I don't think I will ever order Swiss Chalet again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very poor customer service

one Restaurant that we go most often to is Swiss Chalets, The food is absolutely delicious, we find good service, and no matter how many are standing in line we usually don't have to wait long to be seated; one important thing the price is reasonable.

You are greeted by a filthy, dirty entrance & doorhandles.
They still serve genetically modified potatoes etc. & have no plans to offer naturally raised chicken.

I have to wonder what Swiss Chalet is thinking!
I've been to a few of their locations over the years and I can't believe how dirty their restaurants are! There is one at Bathurst and Eglinton that i used to order delivery from and the last time I actually went to the location I was so disgusted.. I haven't ordered from them since.
