I had a lovely lunch, great service, and even left with a parting gift. FOOD POISONING! I've been sick and shaky for hours, and doing everything else that goes along with having been poisoned by bad food.

hi my name is Ashley and i have been a customer at Swiss Chalet for about 3 years now. and i have never had great service like i did last week. Melissa was our server and she was polite and very prompt, and had a beautiful smile. re-filled our drinks on time and made sure the food was excellent. i have never had service like that before and she did an excellent job. We will be back and hopefully my next visit is like the service i recieved from Melissa. Thank you
