we were there on Saturday the Chicken was very dry and tasteless it used to be very good there.
If you want to have your dinner interrupted by a diaper being changed and the diaper then being put on the table this is the place to go great aroma. Servers disappeared when we complained and asked them to speak to the table.
The people who run this location are complete vand utter morons. First, they leave you waiting and waiting at the door before they seat you and throw the food on the table like its dog meat. No customer service manners. Water? you have to practically beg for it before it arrives at your table. Their delivery service is even worse. I have ordered many times and besides getting the order wrong or not including cutlery or paper plates as requested, they also have some of the most moronic customer service phone clerks. They answer the phone and if they are not laughing and fooling around on the phone, they are not responding to questions about the menu. Swiss Chalet used to be good but their service has gone downhill. Never again.
