Swiss Chalet, Ancaster Reviews (5)
This Swiss Chalet is excellent. Have never had a problem with service, very friendly waitresses, and top notch food!
This is really unacceptable. Just ordered food through delivery and we haven't even eaten it yet (not sure if I want to...) All of our food was becoming soggy and they've decided to serve us all, and I mean ALL of their old french fries. You know, the fries that stay at the bottom of the pile and are subject to being deep fried over and over again because they can't bother to clean out the basket or something. I've always loved going to the restaurant to eat, but it seems like they only bother to keep up appearances to avoid complaining customers in store.
i love there food, and service
Just iordered over the phone for delivery.
The women was just rude on top of that she talked at 100 miles an hour , never let me finish a sentence.
Slow down let ME talk , I am spending MY money at your restaurant!
Although I am ordering over the phone I am still a customer treat me like one> Please don't treat me like I am bothering you!!!

Dined Ancaster location Dec.12, 2010. Service excellent. Ordered two chicken salads , chicken dry , lettuce , brown edges. I have dined at this location many times and have enjoyed the food. This visit was terrible, I was given a 20 percent discount but this serving from the kitchen ruined our evening.

Swiss Chalet's unique, cripsy rotisserie chicken was inspired by a secret Swiss recipe, discovered by founder Rick Mauran, from Monteral. Today, the rotisserie - a large open-flamed overn that slowly roasts the chicken in its own juices so it's crispy on the outisde and tender and juicy on the inside - is still at the heart of every Swiss Chalet.
