Le Select Bistro

Chef Albert Ponzo is cooking up a storm in his state-of-the-art open kitchen and receiving great feedback from customers and critics. He has unveiled his new palette of flavours, and his clearly authentic Bistro menu summarizes the best of his latest trip to France. Try his pied-de-cochon, his boudin noir, his skate wing beurre noisette, his tongue of wapiti ravigote, or his sow's ear and lentil salad, not to mention his Alberta lamb gigot or his rib eye steak with frites. For desserts indulge in the Île Flottante or the Baba au Rhum, creations of "pastry passionate" Andréa Brûlé. The Brunch menu is available on the weekend and on Mondays of long weekends.
