Mr Sub, Oshawa Reviews (1)
I went to this location on a Friday at 11:45pm. Open sign was off, two lights at the front were off. The staff was sitting on a table in the back of the store. The hours posted say they are open until 1:00am. I went in and placed my order. Two Sante Fe chickens on white. She said they did not have any with bread left. Whole wheat then I said. She heated up the chicken and started to make the subs. Then two more people entered and she sighed. I asked for cheddar cheese on one of the subs. As she put the other cheese on I said can I have cheddar please. She sighed pulled out the cheese. The chicken was done and placed it on the sub. Thought they were suppose to cut it in have so the chicken covers the entire sandwich. No big deal, just a lazy person. Then I bring them home and my wife and I are eating when she pulls out the wax paper that is on the cheddar cheese. The worker did not even pull the paper off the cheese. I have inquired about how to contact the owner because this staff member is ruining this business. It will be a long time before I return to this Mr Sub if ever.

Additional business details
The first Mr. Sub restaurant opened in Toronto, Ontario in March of 1968. Right from the start, the concept was simple: sell quality subs, make them fresh, and serve them fast. And above all, give customers value for their money. A lot has changed since then. Our menu has grown to include salads, wraps, soup, fresh baked bread and more. Today, there are over 475 restaurants from coast to coast, and Mr. Sub is still owned by the founding partners. Lots of things have changed over the years, but every Mr. Sub franchisee remains committed to our original concept of quality and freshness. That thinking was what brought people to our restaurants back in the 60's, and it continues to create new customers today.
