McDonald's

I am so sick of McDonald's messing up our orders!! Today we ordered 2 Bacon egg bagels..one with no cheese..we get them out to the car to begin our travels and there is no eggs on either one of them, the bagels were burnt and the coffee tasted like it had been on for 4 hours. The closest McDonalds is 45 mins away from us, so it used to be a treat to eat there, but we have noticed even going south, everytime our orders are wrong!!!
We will not be going back to any McDonalds restaurants, as this is the 10th time things were not right. Perhaps they need to better train their staff on how to actually take a customers order or actually make what is on their own menu!!

We very rarely eat out,so going to mcdonalds is a big treat for us. We went to the mcdonalds in walmart at the Northgate shopping mall after doing a bit of shopping this evening. I just want to say that I really am not a picky person at all when it comes to food, I'm pregnant and always hungry ! I usually get a caesar salad, but I decided to order the 10 piece chicken mcnugget meal, they didn't tell me until after my order was ready that they were out of honey, which I requested as my dipping sauce, it is the only way I eat my chicken mcnuggets. Instead of a fountain drink I ordered a dasani, which was warm ( not even put in the fridge ) there was an open case on the floor, it came with a cup of ice, which I think defeats the purpose entirely of drinking and paying for a bottle of water. So I got a refund for my water and mcnuggets, and kept my fry, to find that there was no ketchup in the pump !!!! I was extremely frustrated, how does this happen ?? I let the girl at the cash know, they were out of ketchup. It was only after I had finished my fries that the manager asked me if I wanted packs of ketchup while the ketchup pump was being changed. I've never had an experience like this anywhere, super disappointing, especially since we can't really afford to eat out, this is a special thing for us, it felt like a complete, entire waste of money and time, we didn't enjoy ourselves. I felt that although the manager apologized, not enough was done about all this. It wasn't very busy...maybe they were under staffed? who knows ? But the place was messy, the floors in particular were very dirty and sticky. We were just glad to get out of there, I can honestly say that we'll never go to this mcdonalds again.
