I was at the Appleby Line and Upper Middle McDonald's in Burlington today. I ordered the Angus Deluxe combo at 3:14pm in the drive thru. It wasn't too busy at the time there was two cars ahead of me in line and no one behind me. I paid at the first window no problem then sat at the 2nd window for 5 minutes without even being acknowledged or handed my drink. After 5 minutes they gave me my drink then asked me to pull up to the parking spot for drive thru customers. I waited for 15 minutes until someone finally came out and served me my meal. I asked them why it took so long and all they said was its busy and gave a very insincere apology. When I got home I found out that they used the shredded lettuce instead of the leaf lettuce that's suppose to be on the Angus burgers. The food was pretty much cold by that point too and I don't live far from that McDonald's so you would think after waiting over 20 minutes for your food that the food would at least be hot! All I can say is that I'm extremely disappointed with my experience today and will not be returning to that location ever again! I want a meal for free!

Nothing more frustrating than being the drive thru and then they tell you to go park off to the side and wait for your meal...then after serving 5 cars they finally bring out our order ...now we r are in a hurry and late which meant when we got to where were going and discovered they had given us the wrong kids meals and to boot NO KIDS TOYS...I was really angry...then when you go to the website there is no info for individual restaurants.
The following week I thought I would go inside the restaurant this time as I didnt want to go through what I thought was a drive thru isolated incident...however, to my dismay I ordered from the counter and we again were served the wrong meal and had to wait for my youngest sons meal which when in a FAST FOOD restaurant and 2 weeks in a row at the same place is just ridiculous...I asked for the information and they gave me a telephone number to call...they didnt tell me about the survey website I discovered it on my own...with so much competition in the restaurant industry and being a server myself I just found it very frustrating that we had this kind of service...McDonalds is losing customers to healthier choices as it is...lets see if they can at least service their customers and get the orders correct...oh an please remember the toys in the Drive Thrus as well!!
