I work in customer service so I know the value of a customer and never telling the customer that they're wrong. I had a manager from the McDonalds at 670 Eglington ave West, Mississauga by the name of Mina, tell me basically that I was wrong, even though I was informing her that the Angus burger I ordered was dry. The paddy and as well the burger itself because there was not enough condiments put onto the burger. It was as if they had made the burger in such a rush. I called in to let them know and as soon as I finished telling them that it was dry, I didn't even get to finish saying that the burger in itself was dry, not just only the paddy, before I had Mina defensively telling me that the burger was just freshly made and had just come out. I explained to her that I wasn't looking for an argument and that the burger was dry, that the person who put the burger together seemed like they made it in a very big rush and didn't put enough condiments on it and the paddy was dry, period. I also informed them that they had given us the wrong receipt. Not only did Mina "supposed manager" at this location not offer any kind of apologies nor seem like she cared at all, she offered a replacement burger but then proceeded to tell me once again that the burger had come out fresh. I believe McDonalds needs to be a little more careful as to who they hire for managerial material to represent them as a company. The customer service I received today was horrible and don't like being treated like I'm a liar. Horrible experience and If McDonalds wants to keep their customers they need to learn and train their employees to be more customer service oriented. I could not believe that this was a manager making me feel this way. I think they have definitely lost me as a customer, not worth the hassle for the quality of the food.
