like many i only seem to complain about the bad experiences i have not the good ones, perhaps due to the infrequency of how often i feel happy with how i am served, however this time is different. i am very impressed by the overnight manager named Virginia at the Carling and Richmond store. she is a breath of fresh air, a true star in every sense. i am shocked by how polite friendly courteous and inviting she is every time i have encountered her! the world should be more like her, we would be much better for it. thank you so much Virginia for putting a smile on my face and i really hope they know how great of an employee you are at your store !

After a long night of work, I was looking forward to enjoying a simple meal at your restaurant; however, after making my request at the drive thru, and waiting at the first window and slowly advancing to the second, noticed that the first window had opened. After joking that I hadn't seen anyone, the short haired young woman seemed disinterested in contact, and after payiong her, met her again at the second window, with my attempt at confirming my order. Handing my food to me, she dismissed my thanks, returning to the conversation with a fellow associate and two gentlemen in front of the counter. Getting home, I found to my dismay that my order was indeed incorrect, prompting me to write this essay. I would have been more likely to forgive the order had the teller been more interested in her job than socialising.

I have gone to this McDonald and can't tell you that I have been impressed with the service. The staff is really rude and really slow in getting your order. Not only the staff is very slow but also the place is extremely durty. I do not recommend this McDonald to anyone. If you have the choise, go somewhere else. This location is the worst McDonald ever.

That's just awful! There is nothing more of a turn-off than going to any restaurant & the place is filthy & the staff very rude; not to mention slow service.

i agree the restaurant is very dirty & you have to wait a long time for so called fast food inside & through the drive through & wouldnt it be nice to actually recieve your full order
THE MANGERS NEED TO HAVE A LIL TALK WITH THERE CREW HERE THERE ARE MANY ISSUES THAT THEY NEED TO TALK ABOUT SUCH AS PEOPLE LISTING IN DRIVE THRU I HAVE BEEN TO THE LOCATION 100S OF TIMES AS I LIVE LIKE RIGHT BESIDE IT AND EVERY TIME I GO THRU DRIVE THRU I HAVE TO GO BACK IN TO THE STORE AND TELL THEM THIS IS WRONG ORDER SO SOMETHING THAT CALLS THEM SELF FAST FOOD AND I HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINS TO GET THE RIGHT ORDER IS STUPIED JUST LISTIN TO THE CUSTOMRES LIKE UR FUCKING PAID TO DO AND GET THE ORDERS RIGHT .....FROM HERE ON OUT EVERY TIME I GET AN ORDER I WILL BE BRING BACK THE HOLE ORDER AND HAVEING IT REMADE ANOTHER ISSUE THEY NEED TO LOOK AT IS THE CUSTMER SERVIES THEY ARE RUDE, DISRESEPCTFULL IS ALMOST EVERY WAY IF I WAS THE MANGER THERE I WOULD CLEAN ALL THE EMPLOYES THAT ARE RUDE OUT OF THERE AND I WILL BE MAKEING COMPLATINT FROMS EVERY TIME I GET A BAD ORDER
The fact that u took the time to review a MCDONALDS, means that either that have no job or work for the goveernment. If you want some amazing resturant experiance, don't expect to pay 5 bucks for a double cheese burger meal... pony out the 30 bucks u cheap bastards. The one good thing about morons like u eating at McDonalds is that yuou will die of a heart attack soon. So do every one a favour and get to it!
Yes, the service here is shit and I always get fucking attitude from the damn employees. Seriously.. after they screw up my order, I have to go in the restaurant and talk to some stupid kid who has the intelligence of someone ten years younger than her. The managers are completely useless and just sit around stuffing their faces with fries! Just avoid this joint and go elsewhere.
