Koolini's Italian Eatery

Very disappointed in the Mother's Day Dinner Buffet. Not only did they run out of Prime Rib, but the only potatoes available were the leftover hashbrowns from the day buffet. I would not have even complained but when I seen an automatic 15% gratuity on the bill, I was outraged.

Keep in mind, this is a buffet, we served ouselves. Water is not even served anymore. We had to clear our own dishes a few times, and were only served a few drinks.

Many of us would wish we could make a $46.00 tip for doing next to nothing.

Needless to say we will not be returning to this establishment, and as usual word of mouth is the best advertisement.
