Empowered Wellness

Empowered Wellness offers individual counselling for children (10+), youth, and adults in Abbotsford, BC, and online across British Columbia. Founded by Munny Sandhu, MC, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC), Empowered Wellness provides culturally responsive, attachment-informed therapy in English and Punjabi. With over five years of experience in community mental health, Munny supports clients navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, trauma, grief, and self-discovery. Using integrative approaches such as mindfulness, somatic practices, narrative and trauma-informed therapy, sessions are grounded in compassion, safety, and collaboration—helping clients build self-understanding, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
