We were originally looking for a karate class for our older son, but our daughter joined us, listened to the class introduction, and became interested as well. I chose this school based on its excellent Google rating, and even though there are closer locations to our home, we are happy we chose this one.
The instructors are true professionals who genuinely care about the children. The atmosphere is positive and motivating, and the kids leave each class happy and excited. Highly recommended!

Canada’s Best Karate has meant a lot to my family over the years. I trained here as a kid and through my teen years, and I was always happy there. The instructors were supportive and skilled, the lessons were well run, and the training was consistent and high quality.
What really stuck with me was what the school taught beyond karate. You learn discipline, hard work, respect, and strong character. It also encourages self-control, perseverance, confidence, and being accountable for your actions. Those are the kinds of lessons that stay with you long after class ends.
Now that I’m bringing my own kids, it feels great to come back and see that same positive environment. Shihan Scott and his team lead with a calm, steady approach that kids respond to, and it’s clear he cares about helping them grow. As a parent, that matters. We’re truly thrilled to be part of it all over again.

My daughter has been in CBK for almost 10 years now. This is a big part of her development and we cannot be happier of the person she is becoming. Shihan and the CBK family have been very crucial, not only in her karate/martial arts skills, but also in her confidence, endurance and resilience. She has also maintained great friendships in the dojo. We are all very happy to be part of the CBK family.
We've been a longtime members of Canada's Best Karate. What they have learned there has shaped my boys' discipline, attitude and confidence. As they advanced through their belts, they've fostered long lasting friendships with their classmates and created a support group to improve their skills. In addition they learned what it is to become a leader and mentor to the rest of the dojo. I definitely recommend Canada's Best Karate.
Sensei Scott and his entire team have built such a warm and welcoming environment here. From the students, staff and other parents, its very apparent. Finding such a place for our daughter is a challenge due to her condition but Scott and his team always welcomed her with open arms. They even provide a free trial class to ensure its a good choice and it definitely was. Every class had multiple Co-Sens which was also great for supervision and support. Seeing our daughter so cheerful, participating and improving every class is priceless. Can't recommend Canada's Best Karate enough.
