J.R. Battle Law Firm

We are a local, personal injury law firm serving Myrtle Beach and Horry County. I grew up in Conway, and my paralegal, Mykah Frazier, grew up in Bucksport. Those local roots matter, we understand the people, the roads, and the courts in this area. I've been practicing law in Horry County since 2005, representing individuals injured in car accidents, slip and fall incidents, and other personal injury cases. I use that experience, both inside and outside the courtroom, to guide clients through the legal process, deal directly with insurance companies, and pursue the best possible result for their case.
